About Eye Massager Company
One eye massager, sold honestly, delivered across Australia.
We sell one thing
Most shops in this category list a dozen near-identical masks under a dozen different names. We sell one: a mask with six airbags, four heat settings, two vibration modes and a pair of Bluetooth speakers in the shell. If you have landed here from a page called something else, it was the same device.
That is deliberate. There is one product to describe, one price, and one set of specifications to get right, and you can read all of them before you buy.
The session ends by itself
Fifteen minutes, and then it switches off. It is the feature people end up using most and the one nobody shops for, because it is what lets you put the mask on last thing at night without having to stay awake to take it off.
The rest is what you would expect and we have written the numbers down rather than the adjectives: 38 to 40 degrees on four levels, held steady rather than pulsed; six airbags arranged around the eye socket rather than over the eye; 285 g; folds through 180 degrees into the bag it comes with.
What we will not tell you
We do not make health claims. Not on the product page, not in a guide, not in an email. An eye massager is a comfort device, not a medical one: it will not change your eyesight and it will not treat any condition.
That is a deliberate position rather than a cautious one. In Australia a device sold for a therapeutic purpose is a therapeutic good under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and needs to be included in the ARTG. This one is not, so we sell it as what it is. If you want to know whether it suits an eye condition or a medication, that is a question for your doctor, and any health question sent to our support desk gets exactly that answer.
Where we do not have a figure, we say so on the page instead of guessing.
How we work
We are an online shop with no premises, which is how the price stays where it is. You order here, pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal, and it ships from the supplier's warehouse with a tracking number by email. Delivery is free across Australia on orders of $75 or more, arriving 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Not sure whether it will fit, or which of the functions you would actually use? Email us before you order at theteam@customersupport.care and a person will answer.
If you would rather read about the device than the shop, the guide page covers what is inside one and what to check before buying any of them.
What is in the mask
Air compression
Six airbags, three a side, sitting around the eye socket rather than over the eye. They inflate and release in sequence, so the pressure travels round.
Heat
38 to 40 degrees on four levels, steady rather than pulsed, up to temperature in about a minute and held there until the session ends.
Vibration
Two settings, felt through the padding. It runs on its own or under the heat and the air, and the LED panel is where you choose.
Bluetooth
Speakers built into the sides, pairing like any other Bluetooth device and reconnecting to whatever you used last. Music, a podcast, or nothing.

What materials are typically used to make an Eye Massaging Tool?
Eye Massaging Tools are usually made from materials like silicone, plastic, and sometimes metal for added durability.
How long does it take to see results from using an Under Eye Massage Tool?

Do Under Eye Massage Tools require batteries?

What types of motion do Eye Massaging Tools use?
Two, on this one. Air compression, where six airbags inflate and release in sequence so the pressure travels around the socket, and vibration from a small motor on two settings. The heat is not a motion but it runs alongside either.

Clean your Under Eye Massage Tool with a soft cloth and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals to prevent damage to the device.
Are there any risks associated with using an Eye Massaging Tool?
Use it over closed eyes, at a heat setting that is comfortable, and stop if anything is uncomfortable. If you have an eye condition, have had eye surgery, or take medication that affects your eyes, ask your doctor before using one. We are not able to advise on that ourselves.
Where can I purchase an Under Eye Massage Tool?
An Under Eye Massage Tool can be purchased online, in beauty stores, or through specialized retailers in the wellness and skincare industry.
How often should I use an Under Eye Massage Tool?
As often as suits you. A session is fifteen minutes and ends by itself.
Is an Eye Massaging Tool suitable for sensitive skin?
The lining is flannelette, chosen because it is soft and breathable. Start on the lowest heat setting. If your skin is reactive, ask your doctor before using one.
How does an Under Eye Massage Tool work?
Airbags inflate and release around the eye socket, a heating element warms the pads, and a motor vibrates. The three are independent, so you can have warmth on its own, pressure on its own, or all of it together.
What is an Eye Massaging Tool?
A wearable mask you put on over closed eyes for a set time. This one runs fifteen minutes and switches itself off. Inside it there are airbags, a heating element and a vibration motor, and you choose which of them run.
